1. No Cancellations Accepted
Once an order has been placed on our website, it is immediately processed for customization. As a result, we do not accept any cancellations under any circumstances after the order is confirmed.
Please ensure all details, artwork, and specifications are reviewed carefully before placing your order.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales on www.afeefaglobalservices.com are final. Since our products are custom-made to your requirements (including but not limited to keychains, lanyards, acrylic items, leather goods, etc.), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been produced and dispatched.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
While we do not accept cancellations or refunds, we are committed to delivering quality. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Order number
- Photographic evidence of the issue
- Description of the damage or defect
We will assess the issue and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement for the damaged item(s), if the claim is found valid.
Note: Minor variations in color, print placement, or size are considered normal in handmade or customized goods and will not qualify for replacement.
