All our products are custom-made, so processing time may vary depending on the nature of the item.

  • Standard Processing Time: 5–10 business days
  • Bulk/Corporate Orders: May require additional time based on order volume and customization needs
  • You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been confirmed.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship across India via trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, order volume, and courier delays

We always aim for timely delivery, but Afeefa Global Services is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and volume of the package
  • Delivery location
  • Order value (Free shipping may apply on select bulk or promotional offers)

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID via email or WhatsApp
  • A link to track your order in real-time through our delivery partner

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

  • Afeefa Global Services will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • In case of a returned package due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack every order with care. If your package is:

  • Damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Not received within the expected timeframe, kindly contact us so we can assist with courier tracking and resolution.

We will take reasonable steps to assist you in such cases, but refunds are not issued for customized products.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
